Mimosa is unit number 514 and has beautiful east facing golf course views from the screened lanai, which has been upgraded with designer tile flooring. The interior of the condo has also been upgraded with tile flooring throughout and new contemporary living room furniture. Please note that the den of this unit has been converted to the dining room to make the living room more spacious, which includes a queen pullout sofa in the living room, so there is no den other than the study area at the entrance to the condo where the desk is located. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a separate shower as well as two sink vanities. A fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer ensure youre equipped for longer term stays! Outside your door, you will find the Greenlinks community amenities - a resort style pool with barbecue area, clubhouse with fitness room, and tennis courts. Sam Sneads Tavern is walking distance so you can grab a bite to eat overlooking the beautiful golf course and practice facilities without getting in the car! Are you a golfer? Youre in luck! Greenlinks Golf Villas are located next door to the clubhouse for Lely Resorts championship, 4 Star Rated Flamingo and Mustang Golf Courses and renting one of our Greenlinks units comes with perks! During peak season from October 15-May 15, the front desk will provide you vouchers for discounted golf rounds at Lelys Flamingo and Mustang Island courses, which are walking distance from your villa. During the summer season from May 15-October 15, your rental includes up to 4 complimentary golf vouchers, on us! All you pay is the cart fee. Please note that access to the owners mailbox is not provided with this unit.
